Thanks for hosting this giveaway! I haven’t jumped on the audiobook train yet, but I’m looking forward to it (as I could use some life improvement, too!).

I really liked “Die for Me” by Amy Plum. Just the hear the French from the book spoken out loud made the book THAT much better. I will have to have the sequel on audiobook as well!

I’ve only ever listened to one audiobook and that was The Jane Austen Book Club. Loved it!

Vi Nguyen December 7, 2011 at 10:47 am

I’m an audiobook virgin, so this would be a great start!

Em (Love YA Lit) December 7, 2011 at 10:52 am

I’ll always have a soft spot for Jim Dale and the HP series. They got me listening in the first place. A recent favorite though is Room by Emma Donoghue – amazing how much an adult woman can sound like a 5 year old.

I have an ongoing argument with the significant other about audiobooks. Luckily, I’m on the very pro side, best way to knit/travel/get chores done ever. All of these books are already on my to-read list, so I’m excited about the givaway, thanks for hosting!

Kat (No Page Left Behind) December 7, 2011 at 11:37 am

Woot! This is fantastic – I rarely purchase audiobooks and these could come in handy for exercise or crocheting :) Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

I’ve been hearing such great things about The Name of the Star!

Orchid December 7, 2011 at 4:39 pm

One of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to this year would ahve to be Blood Red Road by Moira Young. It was the first audiobook that I listened to and absolutely loved (also made me more of an audiobook fan).

Not only are audiobooks good for chores, they also make exercising a lot more interesting. =)

Thanks for the great giveaway.

Wow! These look great! I LOVE YA books and I’ve been wanting to get into audio books more. I have the complete Chronicles of Narnia audio collection, but other than that, and a few picture books that came with audio (Shrek by William Steig read by Stanley Tucci and The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey by Susan Wocjeikowski read by James Earl Jones), I don’t have any others!
